Update – September 2016
Some states have started to roll out ABLE accounts, and I will be going through the process of opening an account despite Wisconsin’s decision to not allow these accounts within the state.
If you’d like to keep abreast of the changes as more states start to allow ABLE accounts, there is a national clearinghouse at the ABLE National Resource Center.
